Our current partnerships allow us to equip Certified Health Resource Coordinators (TM) and Certified Medication Management Assistants (TM) to fill vital roles within the healthcare system. The result is a proactive, collaborative approach to personal healthcare that increases patient coping capacity and reduces stressors.
